Chairman’s Comments

Sean has left Sunday football behind and now plays on a Saturday in the reserves as team captain (Nick had to make him sound important so Kelly would let him out) He has progressed steadily as a player and, unlike a couple of years age, looks like he can actually play football. Sean is one of the club’s gamblers and come Saturday tea time him and Abbo’ get very excited over a game of Knockout Whist –oh yes these boys know how to live. Sean is great for the club and always at the forefront of the action (then when it kick off he can usually be found at the back) His enthusiasm can be seen everywhere, on the pitch in the clubhouse and in a pram! As a committed club man he is up there with the best of them and the club would benefit if we had more like him. One word of caution Sean – when your dancing watch out for those evil men who like to chat you up!!
